Covid has had, and will continue to have an unprecedented impact on young people. At a crucial stage in their development, they have been forced to lock down and have been deprived of a normal education and social experience. Their reality is very different than that of every generation since the second world war.

As an experienced and reflective practitioner, I read the latest research and ensure that it is incorporated into my work.

I adopt an integrated approach which takes into account all the factors impacting young people.

Positive Psychology Practitioners are trained at the highest level to identify things that impact wellbeing, and to employ appropriate interventions in a skilled way to improve mental wealth. My aim is to use those skills to ensure that your child can learn to thrive in these challenging circumstances.
